Police arrest singer Lil Smart for ‘criminal defamation, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and falsehood’ against Naira Marley

Men of the Nigeria Police have arrested singer, Idowu Smart Emmanuel aka Lil Smart for ‘criminal defamation, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and falsehood’ against singer, Naira Marley.

Recall that in December 2024, Lil Smart came online to allege that his former boss, NairaMarley and Zinolesky had attempted to kidnap him. He warned that they should be held responsible if anything happened to him. 

The police in a statement released on Thursday, February 6, said Lil Smart was arrested on January 28 and that he admitted in writing that the allegations were false and without evidence.
