Actor, Mr Macaroni, has told his critics that since they won’t stop attacking him because he refused to greet Governor Sanwo-olu at an event in December 2023, that if he sees the governor another time, he still won't greet him.
He further stated that even if Sanwo Olu called on him, even if he wouldn’t answer.
Mr Macaroni stated this while reacting to a call out from a lawyer. The lawyer was reacting to a viral video shared showing an entertainer bowing to engage with Governor Sanwo-Olu at a function over the weekend.
‘’Someone saw the Governor and he thought publicly ignoring the Governor was a good idea to publicly embarrass him.'' the lawyer wrote

In a series of posts on Monday via X, Mr Macaroni dismissed the backlash, stating that he would not greet the governor even if given another opportunity.
“This is the last time I will address this matter. It is not worth my peace of mind. Since you people won’t stop attacking me because I didn’t greet Governor Sanwo-Olu, next time I see him, I still won’t greet him. And this time, even if he calls me, I won’t answer. You people will cry today, tomorrow, and forever,” he wrote.
The social media personality, known for his strong stance on governance and human rights, criticised Nigerians who defend politicians instead of holding them accountable for the economic hardships in the country.
“The people are suffering! The price of everything is up. Instead of you people to hold your leaders accountable, you are busy kissing their bumbum,” he stated.
