Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski named in lawsuit alleging ass@ult in ongoing legal case involving Diddy
NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has been named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed in the Northern District of California, alongside music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, comedian Druski (Drew Desbordes), and singer Jaguar Wright.
The plaintiff, Ashley Parham, alleges that in March 2018, she was drugged, kidn@pped, and s£xually ass@ulted by the defendants.
Parham claims that after suggesting Combs' involvement in the death of rapper Tupac Shakur, she was threatened and subsequently ass@ulted. The lawsuit details that during a gathering in Orinda, California, Parham was forcibly raped using a TV remote control.
She reported the incident to authorities and underwent a rape kit examination. Parham is seeking $50 million in damages and a jury trial.
Combs is currently facing multiple legal challenges, including federal charges of racketeering, s£x trafficking, and transportation to engage in pr0stitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, with a trial date set for May 5, 2025
As of now, Beckham's legal team has not publicly responded to the allegations.
Beckham, a former Super Bowl champion and three-time Pro Bowler, last played in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins during the 2024 season. He appeared in nine games, recording nine receptions for 55 yards, marking a significant decline from his earlier career performance.
Meanwhile, Druski has denied any involvement in the accusations.
"This allegation is a fabricated lie," he wrote. "I wasn't a public figure in 2018 -- I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish. My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I'm fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives."
Druski addressed rumors about his presence at Diddy’s parties during a 2024 podcast. He confirmed attending some events but distanced himself from any controversial gatherings. He described the parties he attended as typical celebrity events, attempting to dispel speculation.
